As a Vegetable Grower, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day crop production and supporting overall farm operations. This is a hands-on position that also involves planning and monitoring crop performance to ensure consistent yield and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and cultivation of vegetable crops, including planting, irrigation, and harvesting
• Monitor crop health and implement pest and disease control measures
• Maintain soil health and manage fertilisation programs
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
• Support harvesting, packing, and general farm operations
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Work collaboratively with the team to improve productivity and efficiency

Skills & Experience

• Experience in vegetable growing, farming, or horticulture preferred
• Knowledge of crop production, irrigation systems, and soil management
• Ability to operate farm equipment (or willingness to learn)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks
• Good teamwork and communication skills
